Eye Center South has a new office in Albany, Georgia

The doctors of Eye Center South are proud to announce our newest eye clinic and surgery center in the beautiful setting of Albany, GA…voted ‘Best Livable City in Georgia.’ Our 6,000 square feet eye center - and adjacent 4,900 square feet outpatient surgery center – is the former ophthalmic practice of Scot A. Wall, MD, one of the area’s most respected eye surgeons. Dr. Wall’s tradition of eye care excellence is evident in every aspect of his ophthalmic practice & surgery center and we are proud to make them a part of our family at Eye Center South.

Similar to our Dothan, Panama City and Destin locations, our comprehensive eye care services in Albany will include: Advanced cataract removal and implantation, glaucoma management, advanced retinal care, and laser vision correction.

Eye Center South doctors who will be seeing patients in our Albany office include: Dr. Scott Wall, Dr. Kirk Sturridge, Dr. Sebastian Heersink, Dr. Ram Peddada and Dr. Robert Leitner. Our location remains at 2308 Palmyra Road in Albany and features 10 eye examination lanes fully equipped with state-of-the-art equipment.

Our outpatient surgery center adjacent to the Albany office is a Medicare-approved facility offering patients the safest, most convenient – and cost-effective – method of eye surgery today. Most of procedures take only a few minutes to perform and the majority of our patients are able to return to routine daily activities as soon as the next day.
