Donald W. Gauldin, Jr., M.D., graduated from Pensacola Christian College with a Bachelor of Science in Biology in 2010 and obtained his MD degree from the University of Arkansas Medical Science in 2014. Prior to his undergraduate and medical education, Dr. Gauldin served Active Duty in the United States Air Force in Lackland Air Force Base (AFB), Hurlburt Field AFB, Kunsan AFB, Korea, Keflavik Naval Air Station, Iceland, and Little Rock AFB. Dr. Gauldin completed his Internship and Residency at the University of Arkansas Medical Science in Little Rock.
Dr. Gauldin specializes in the diagnosis, management, and surgical treatment of cataracts, minimally invasive glaucoma surgeries as well as, the medical management of glaucoma and other general ophthalmological conditions.
In his free time, Dr. Gauldin is very active in his church, enjoys the Gulf Coast, is an avid outdoor explorer and a history buff. Dr. Gauldin currently resides in Dothan, Alabama with his wife, Christiawna.
