A block of rooms is being held at Doubletree by Hilton and Candlewood Suites for Symposium guests, Thursday, Feb. 4th-Sunday, Feb. 7th. Please contact the hotel directly or click the links below to arrange reservations. Please ask for the Eye Education Foundation group rate. You must book your reservation by 1/9/27 to guarantee a room at the Symposium special rate.


Cancellation Policy
Should you choose to cancel your registration/sponsorship for any reason, you will receive a full refund if your cancellation notice is received before January 5, 2027 (30 days prior to the scheduled event). If your cancellation notice is received January 6 – 22, 2027 (2 weeks prior to the scheduled event) 50% of your fees will be refunded. No refund will be offered if cancellation is received after January 22, 2027 (two weeks prior to the event). Travel fees will not be reimbursed in any circumstance.
