Jacob Clark, O.D.

Dr. Jacob Clark is an optometrist with extensive experience in primary eye care, ocular disease management, and refractive services. He earned his Doctor of Optometry degree from the Michigan College of Optometry at Ferris State University and holds a B.S. in Biomedical Science from Grand Valley State University.

Over nearly a decade of clinical practice across Alabama and Michigan, Dr. Clark has provided comprehensive eye care, including the diagnosis and management of ocular conditions and pre/post-operative care for surgical referrals. His clinical training includes externships at Eglin Air Force Base, Wyoming VA, and Eaton Rapids Eye Care, where he gained experience in ocular disease, low vision, pediatric care, and specialty contact lenses.

He is certified in Corneal Refractive Therapy (CRT) and has pursued numerous continuing education courses focused on multifocal and specialty contact lenses, macular degeneration management, and emerging optical technologies.

Dr. Clark is a member of the American Optometric Association, Alabama Optometric Association, and the Fellowship of Christian Optometrists, where he served as chapter president during his optometry training. He has participated in multiple international mission trips and continues to serve locally through his church community.

Outside of work Dr. Clark enjoys time with his wife and three children. Some family favorites include music (Dr. Clark has played guitar for over 26 years), church activities, being outdoors, and traveling whenever possible.
