This year marks the 20th year Eye Center South has conducted the Gift of Sight program. The GOS program has evolved into one of the most rewarding and life-changing public service events held in the Wiregrass each year. During the past 20 years, hundreds of less fortunate local residents have had their vision restored thanks to FREE cataract surgery through the Gift of Sight. During the month of May, 25 FREE surgeries will be performed by Dr. Marnix Heersink, Dr. William Bennett, and Dr. Sebastian Heersink. GOS patient, Ms. Gloria Larkin said;
“This program is such a blessing and my life will be forever changed because of it.”
