Meet Angela Cherry, Front Office, and Call Center Director. She is celebrating a milestone 25th work anniversary with Eye Center South – Corporate. We lovingly refer to her as “Mama ECS” due to her kindhearted, sweet nature that she generously shares with team members and patients alike. She often kids that she started working at Eye Center South “at the age of 12” when recalling her early beginnings with our company.
Angela’s leadership skills have been developed through first serving in all the positions that she now manages. She has worked at the Front Desk, switchboard, assisted IT to build/customize our practice management software and built our Call Center from the ground up.
Over the past twenty-five years she has helped thousands of patients and trained hundreds of employees and has been instrumental in developing standard operating procedures for all offices. Angela is willing to help anyone in need personally or professionally. When you think of the professionalism and “treat you like family” spirit of Eye Center South, Angela Cherry exemplifies it perfectly! We congratulate Angela for this momentous achievement and hope we celebrate many more years working together!
